Retail Team Member

Jolly Olly's Nowra – Large Variety Store in main street.

Each team member has an important role to play. If you have an outgoing disposition with a can-do attitude and a passion for Customer Service, then you could be the person we are looking for.

Store Team Member – initially a casual position, with view to permanent after qualifying period.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic person to join our family team. We are a multi-skilled team and every day is different. Your day could consist of helping customers find products, marking off stock and displaying and filling products in relevant departments. Serving customers on a at times very busy register. Taking orders for balloons and not being afraid of filling balloons with helium for customer orders. One thing that never changes daily though is providing a great service experience to our customers.

Position requirement:

  • Genuine love for retail with a passion for great customer service
  • A team player that is flexible to work across all departments and tasks
  • Agile and adaptable to change
  • Reliable and willing to work, and available to work a flexible roster which may include Weekends across the 7 days of the week
  • Undertaking quick and efficient register operations.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards through both merchandising and housekeeping.

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Previous party experience with Balloons (preferable)
  • Not afraid of inflating balloons (Required)
