THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available in Retail Sales & Design based at our Mount Barker store. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, listening to customers/' needs and providing solutions - the customer brings the dream, you bring the how to

This is a casual rostered position including Saturday shifts, with the potential to become a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing excellent customer service and selling goods

- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable

- Guiding customers through the design process

- Participation in training and personal development sessions

- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

- Exceptional customer service and sales skills

- Experience within a similar environment (retail, sales, customer service)

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy

- A commitment to excellence and self-development

- Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
