**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available in **Retail Sales & Design**based at our **Mount Barker** store**.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, listening to customers' needs and providing solutions - the customer brings the dream, you bring the how to

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing excellent customer service and selling goods
- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Experience within a similar environment (retail, sales, customer service)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
- A commitment to excellence and self-development
- Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
