As our Managed Services Network & Security Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative network solutions that deliver real value to our clients.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in either our Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work setup.

Let's talk about you
As our Managed Services Network & Security Engineer you will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in network engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking technologies.
- Experience with Juniper, Juniper MIST, Cisco, FortiGate firewalls, and Aruba wireless.
- Preferred experience with Fortinet SDWAN products.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, NSE4 or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Engaging with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with client
- objectives and specifications.
- Configuring and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking equipment to meet client
- needs.
- Implementing security best practices and ensure network integrity, providing recommendations to clients for enhancing their network security posture.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise network performance and reliability.
- Providing ongoing technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service offerings and provide proactive recommendations to clients
