The Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer within the Infrastructure team you will be responsible for ensuring the internal IT systems and networks operate at optimal levels, whilst also adhering to compliance and best practice policies.

This will involve:

  • The design, implementation and integration of systems
  • Manage the technical delivery of projects including system and network upgrades and migrations
  • Optimise performance of systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
  • Liaise and manage external vendors when required.

Operating in a hybrid work model you will have the option to work from home 2 days/week.

Your Profile

As an experienced Systems Engineer you will have had experience in complex troubleshooting within a systems and networking capacity, alongside delivering key technical projects.

More specifically, you will have had experience with:

  • M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
  • Azure
  • Networking (routing, switching, firewalls).

Any experience with unified communications would be advantageous.

Microsoft and Cisco certifications would also be beneficial.
