Job DescriptionAs a Senior Analyst / Senior Consultant of our high performing team, you will actively contribute to delivering client engagements across a range of industries in the mid-market. You will operate under the oversight of a senior team who will focus on coaching and development. Your responsibilities may include, being part of a team that:
- Formulates business strategies and advising on business and operating models to enable growth and build organizational resilience
- Advises on major government policy reforms and evaluating government programs
- Developing business cases for major infrastructure and technology investments
- Manages transformation programs and projects
- Delivers high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clients
- Sustains long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust

Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities:
- A strategic thinker with an ability to formulate strategic options to complex problems
- An understanding of how organisations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvement
- Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications decisions
- Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex problems
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles
- Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
- An appreciation for digital technology strategies and the role technology in enhancing customer experience.
- Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees
