About the Role

At Kurbingui, we know that culture, connection and community are the foundation for healing and hope. As a Case Worker with our Counselling, Intervention and Support Service (CISS), you'll be part of a team that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families to feel safe, strong and connected.

In this role, you'll walk alongside families to provide culturally safe, non-clinical support that promotes wellbeing and healing. From assisting Practitioners with case planning and intake, to helping connect children and young people with cultural mentors, Elders and community networks, your work will centre on building resilience, strengthening family relationships and keeping culture at the heart of everything we do.

This isn't just a frontline role — it's an opportunity to contribute to real and lasting change. You'll be part of a supportive and passionate team, working closely with families, carers, Child Safety Service Centres and community partners to ensure children and young people are empowered to thrive in safe, nurturing and culturally grounded environments.

If you bring compassion, cultural respect and a commitment to walking alongside community, we'd love for you to be part of the Kurbingui family.
