Lead and inspire our hospitality team. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends Based in Meadow Heights.

About the role:

  • Based @ Meadow Heights Care Community, set among nearby parkland, reserves and the Greenvale Reservoir, just 30 minutes north of the Melbourne CBD
  • Full Time opportunity
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience in Head Chef roles
  • Create your seasonal menu in consultation with residents
  • Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
  • Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
  • Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
