Trainee Manager

**2 Pugs Coffee & Kitchen is a brand new 60 seater neighbourhood daytime venue opening in the Meadow Springs Shopping centre early in the new year. Our main focuses will be on great coffee, a food menu revolving around local and in season produce and creating the perfect neighbourhood eatery that people will want to return to again and again.**

**We are aiming to open early February, trading 6 days a week, 7pm-4pm approx. We are looking for a trainee manager who will come in, learn everything needed to run the venue in the view to becoming the manager allowing the owners to step back.**

**The role will include the following to start**:

- **opening and closing the venue**:

- **ordering of stock**:

- **maintaining cleanliness and hygiene levels to their highest**:

- **being the face of the venue and being the main point of contact for customers for all interactions including complaints and feedback**:

- **interacting with the head chef to ensure busy services run smoothly.**:

- **training staff of a lower level the processes needed for the venue to run smoothly.**:

- **social media management**
- **have experience at a supervisor or management level in a busy hospitality venue ideally focussed on morning and lunch.**:

- **bubbly, happy and friendly personality**:

- **extremely high standards when it comes to customer service, hygiene and personal appearance.**:

- **good time management**:

- **be ambitious and motivated to grow and succeed**

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
