About the roles
This is a great opportunity to join the Vogue Café team in this exciting new opening in the World Class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct.
We are looking for the below positions across the venue:
Host with a bubbly personality and willing to assist attitude.
Floor supervisor, Assistant Manager & Bar Manager
Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a fast-paced and large restaurant or similar dining environment.
- Sound knowledge of spirits.
- Wine knowledge will be preferable.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Willing to learn attitude.
Experienced Barista with 1-2 year experience in a similar role in a busy cafe/restaurant. Good english communication skill is a must.
Cocktail Bartender with 1-2 year experience in a similar role in a fast pace cocktail focused bar/restaurant. Good english communication skill is a must.
Waitstaffwith 1-2 year experience in a similar role in a premium service venue. Bubbling, willing to learn and provide the excellent hospitality warm friendly service. Good understanding of modern Australian cuisine. Good english communication skill is a must.
Full Weekend availability is a MUST.
Full time position also available.
