Distribution/Project Manager – Diesel Injector Remanufacturing Facility & Denso Central Distributorship

Location: Tamworth, NSW

Common Rail Australia (CRA), part of the well-established Australian-owned Diesel Care Australia Group, specialises in the repair and maintenance of diesel fuel injection equipment. We are now seeking a highly motivated Distribution/Project Manager to lead the installation, set-up, and ongoing operations of a new industry-leading OEM diesel injector remanufacturing facility at our Tamworth branch.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a major project and play a key role in the future growth of our business. You will oversee the setup of the new facility, coordinate with OEM partners and suppliers, and manage the ongoing distribution and inventory operations once the facility is fully established.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with OEM machinery and parts suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate equipment setup and process implementation.
  • Manage the installation of all plant and equipment required for remanufacturing.
  • Ensure all specifications, tolerances, and quality standards are met in line with OEM requirements.
  • Develop and manage a used core return process in accordance with OEM guidelines.
  • Oversee stocking, inventory, and distribution of core seeding and remanufactured products.
  • Implement efficient storage solutions for incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, and passionate about building strong systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in diesel fuel injection repair/maintenance (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in distribution and inventory management.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Proven background in automotive remanufacturing and/or distribution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a "can-do" attitude.
