Alliance Automation is expanding in Newcastle, and we're looking for a standoutEngineering Project Managerto take the reins on high-impact projects across theMining & Resources,Water/Wastewater, andHeavy Industrysectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the full lifecycle of engineering projects — from concept to commissioning
- Collaborating with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes
- Building and managing project budgets and schedules with precision
- Driving the design, development, and delivery of high-performance control systems
- Ensuring every project meets our high standards — on time and on spec
- Providing ongoing support and building long-term client relationships
- Championing a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in resource planning and project management
- A track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry
- Strong client engagement and communication skills
- Leadership that inspires teams and drives results
- Hands-on expertise in PLC/SCADA system design, development, FAT and commissioning
