Senior Account Manager
(or a seasoned AM ready for the next step) to join DesignStreet, an independent boutique agency in the heart of Sydney CBD. The Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the trusted lead for key accounts, guiding projects from concept to completion. You'll manage briefs, timelines and budgets, while collaborating closely with creatives, coders, copywriters and our creative director to deliver campaigns that are both strategic and effective.

What You'll Do:

Client Management & Growth

·      Act as the trusted first point of contact for your clients

·      Lead briefs, timelines and estimates with precision

·      Nurture and grow long-term client relationships

·      Oversee delivery of multi-channel campaigns (email marketing, digital, direct marketing, OOH, video and social)

·      Run WIPs, meetings and client communications

·      Identify and support new business opportunities

Financial Oversight

·      Scope projects and prepare cost estimates

·      Track revenue, invoicing and reporting

·      Manage scope changes and communicate clearly

Strategic & Creative Collaboration

·      Write sharp, inspiring briefs

·      Work closely with partners, suppliers and various stakeholders

·      Liaise with internal teams to deliver creative excellence

·      Bring data and research into campaign strategy

·      Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations

What You'll Bring:

· years' account management in a creative or integrated agency

·      A passion for creative strategy and visual communication

·      Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills

·      Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns end-to-end

·      Sharp attention to detail

·      eDM or lifecycle comms experience a bonus (Salesforce, Marigold etc.)
