As a
Senior Associate Private Bank Credit,
you will be part of the
Credit and Market Risk
team, that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Provide an independent and granular assessment of both Home and Business lending applications from a wide range of clients.
- Ensure that an acceptable level of risk is maintained and losses are kept to a minimum and would routinely involve assessing funding applications within the delegated commitment authority issued
- Undertake credit decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority.
- Continual focus on improvement and refinement of policy, process, product and appetite.
- Provide constructive suggestions for change/improvement.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- Banking / Credit Risk experience.
- Demonstrated experience in autonomously decisioning Home and Business lending applications within a delegated authority.
- Knowledge of business and economic issues, understanding of business operating cycles and industry knowledge and understanding.
- Communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, conflict resolution, negotiation and presentation skills.
