What's the role?
We're looking for a Senior Associate / Associate to join the Credit & Capital team within Westpac's Corporate and Institutional Bank (CIB). You will play a key role in supporting balance sheet and capital management across CIB.

You will contribute to the management of the loan book, including returns, forecasting and loan pricing assistance. You will provide analysis and reporting on the balance sheet, transaction monitoring and portfolio analysis. You will have the opportunity to work across different business units and gain exposure to deal teams and customer strategy. You will also support the management of capital through forecasting, portfolio reviews and optimisation initiatives.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney / Melbourne which offers a collaborative team environment. The role is an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience across institutional banking. You will develop a solid understanding of the balance sheet, loan pricing, and return metrics including capital.
