The role of
Investment Analyst
will report into the General Manager of Development Finance, managing transactions from origination, credit, due diligence, construction management... all the way through to Exit / Portfolio reporting. Working closely with senior credit and origination professionals, you'll assess and structure loans for residential, commercial, industrial and land subdivision projects up to $50m. This role suits a driven personality with 1–2 years' experience in banking, private credit, or real estate finance / real estate analytics.
The successful candidate will be able demonstrate strong financial modelling and feasibility skills, commercial acumen, and the confidence to engage with developers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
