We are seeking two dynamic Site Managers to join our team with Clarendon Homes. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well-established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

We currently have two Site Manager opportunities available:

  • Role 1: Ryde, Lane Cove, Tennyson Point and surrounding areas
  • Role 2: Strathfield, Earlwood, Yagoona, Chester Hill and surrounding areas

What will you be responsible for?

Your day to day could look like:

  • Leading and motivating your site teams to deliver high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget
  • Managing all aspects of the construction process, from site start to handover
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Monitoring costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives
  • Driving a strong customer focus by ensuring clear communication and a positive building experience

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role within residential construction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
  • A solutions-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
