About the Role

We're seeking a Site Manager / Site Supervisor to lead a short-term commercial remediation project at a secure premises in Moore Park over the Christmas and New Year period.

This role will suit someone confident managing multiple trades, maintaining tight safety and security standards and driving high-quality outcomes under firm deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple trades on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to standard.
  • Manage site access, security, and compliance with all WHS protocols.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Communicate proactively with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain safe work zones for workers, public areas, and pedestrian interfaces.

Project Scope Includes:

  • Steel section remediation
  • Painting and coatings
  • Concrete spalling repairs

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial OR remediation projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades under tight timeframes.
  • Excellent understanding of WHS and site safety management.
  • EWP (over 11m) licence highly regarded, but not essential.
