We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury home builder, renowned for delivering bespoke residences valued between $5M – $40M. With a strong pipeline of high-end projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. 

This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage trades, programs, and client expectations in a live site environment.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors
  • Manage construction programs and site safety requirements
  • Deliver projects to the highest quality and architectural standards
  • Liaise closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients
  • Drive productivity while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You:   

  • 3–6 years' experience as a Site Manager with a luxury home builder
  • Proven track record delivering high-end residential projects ($5M+)
  • Must have a carpentry trade background (highly regarded) or equivalent site experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for detail, finishes, and delivering zero-defect projects
