We are thrilled to extend an exciting job opportunity for the Steel Tekla Draftsperson position at Icon Metal. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

As a Project Manager with us, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities: As a Steel Detailer with us, your responsibilities will include:

  • 3d modelling and detailing of structural steel and architectural metalwork using Tekla.
  • Reviewing engineering / architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Working as part of a Design Team.
  • Minimum 6 months contract with an option to extend.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of steel detailing using Tekla Structures required.
  • Structural steel and miscellaneous metalwork experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering / architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards for Steel Detailing
