Edit, update & modify new & existing engineering designs
- 5 to 10 years design experince, talented designers required - hybrid role
- Northern Beaches, $50 to $60 per hour, 12 month contract

**The Client**:
Established 50 years ago, a growing organization that designs heavy industrial mining equipment.

Looking for 2 x Designers / Draftspersons with a multi skilled Design background, this work will be 60% structural design and 40% mechanical.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Within this role, you will clarify and improve 3D designs by liaising with internal sales teams, external suppliers, EPCMs / end clients, logistics departments, aftermarket professionals, and manufacturing and production teams.
- Working directly with engineering, sales staff, and customers to produce Structural Drafts and Designs with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Concept designs and drafts from beginning through to build.
- Structural Steel fabrication and support structure designs, both new design and updating existing drafts (pipework, roofing, stairs, walkways, platforms).
- Design and drafting of tanks, belt filters, bins, and much more.
- Produce bills of materials from sketches created.
- Data management and system admin.
