Your New Role
The role of Leader of Administration and Innovation is a senior leadership role of Kildare Catholic College responsible to the Principal through the Assistant Principal. The Senior Leader is part of the College Leadership Team and is responsible for strategic, instructional and administrative leadership with this role having particular responsibility for the administration of learning and wellbeing systems across the college's operations to achieve sustained improvement in both teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

- Please note, that Co-ordinator appointments are 3 years full time contract with the option of an additional 3 years subject to ongoing successful Performance Reviews.
Essential Criteria
- Expert classroom practitioner
- Appropriate qualifications and experience in educational leadership.
- A commitment to promoting Catholic values in curriculum, teaching and learning.
- A strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical approaches.
- Expertise in technology and informed on innovative practices.
- Highly developed and demonstrated capacity to lead a team of people to bring about effective change.
- A proven ability to facilitate conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate evidence of effective teamwork and collaboration.
- A high level of organisational and communication skills.
- (Category C, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Successful candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check
