We're looking for an amazing Venue Manager to lead our brand new Yo-Bar store in Glenelg, Adelaide Opening March 2025

With our continued growth and more exciting venues on the horizon, we're on the hunt for a passionate Venue Manager to take charge of one of our Adelaide stores and lead our fantastic team to success.

What's the role?

As Venue Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day running of our store. From delivering amazing customer experiences to managing a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for keeping the energy high and ensuring every visit to Yo-Bar is unforgettable.

This role includes rotating weekend work on a fortnightly basis to ensure smooth operations during peak times and to support the team.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences – make every guest feel at home and leave with a smile.
  • Lead and inspire your team – hire, train, and motivate a team who love what they do.
  • Maintain high operational standards – from cleanliness to stock control, you'll make sure everything's running smoothly.
  • Own the numbers – manage labour, cost of goods, and venue performance KPIs to deliver great results.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance – keep the workplace safe and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a positive culture – bring the energy, lead by example, and create an environment your team will love being a part of.
