Following an extensive renovation, the Payneham Tavern is ready for a fresh chapter—and we’re looking for a strong, experienced Venue Manager to lead the way.

We're seeking someone well-rounded across food & beverage, gaming, and wagering. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a revitalized local favourite, build a high-performing team, and shape the venue’s ongoing success.

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall operation of the tavern. From front-of-house to gaming and back-of-house systems, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead by example, drive a positive team culture, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

**What's on Offer**:

- Generous Salary package $95,000 - $105,000 + superannuation

**Essential requirements**:

- 3+ years of Venue Management experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume F&B
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
- Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- State-based qualifications RP Badge
