Project Manager

We are looking for a driven
Project Manager
to join a leading creative agency specialising in property marketing. In this role, you'll manage client accounts and provide day-to-day support to senior project leaders. You'll collaborate across internal teams, support great creative work, and play a key role in shaping your own career.

What You'll Do:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of your projects from brief to delivery
  • Support senior project leaders on client projects
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative agency culture
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, purchase orders, briefs, timetables, and WIP updates using tools like Pegasus and Asana
  • Attend client meetings and provide actionable summaries
  • Manage project finances and forecasting
  • Build strong client relationships through reliability and engagement
  • Brief jobs into the studio with detailed specs and deadlines
  • Check artwork for consistency, spelling/grammar, and brand guidelines
  • Track artwork approvals internally and externally
  • Ensure agency processes and systems are followed for efficiency and quality
  • Escalate issues quickly while proposing solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience at a creative agency or design business
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Understanding of agency finances and forecasting processes
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, resilient, and determined
  • Tenacious, resourceful, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
