Hoist Installation and Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a Hoist Installation and Service Specialist to join our team in Melbourne (Truganina). In this role you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of hoists at private residences and automotive workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hoists at private residences and automotive workshops, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and service hoists as required to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hoists, and carry out repairs promptly and effectively.
• Conduct site surveys and liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and service activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors to provide updates on job progress and address any concerns or queries.

Job Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with automotive equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, proficiency in computer systems and ability to follow safety requirements.
• Driver's license with reliable transport

The following licences will be highly regarded:

• Medium Rigid Truck Licence.
• Forklift Licence.
• Licence to Perform Dogging
