Service Technician- Vehicle Hoists

Hoist Service Technician.

Precision Automotive Equipment supplies, installs and services the world's leading brands of automotive workshop equipment to a vast network of car dealers, Tyre shops and general workshops across the country. We are a fast growing and well respected ASX listed company with a great team environment.

The role requires a qualified field technician to perform servicing, breakdowns and installations of Workshop equipment including Vehicle hoists in Melbourne and surrounding areas. Some travel to regional areas may be required.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Technical / Trade background essential
  • Manual Driver License required
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Experience in diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Experienced in providing service and customer support during field visits
  • Experienced in undertaking all on site installation, repair, maintenance
  • Hydraulic experience preferable

The candidate will be able to:

  • Demonstrated ability to be a finisher and ensure that all tasks, quotes, issues have a resolution and be followed up in a timely manner
  • Work unsupervised
  • Have an objective mindset and good flexibility to adjust to changes and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Follow company's procedures and protocols
