THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Dentist to step into a Lead or Principal Dentist position at a brand new premium practice in Hillarys.

This is for a December 2025 or January 2026 start.

As this is a leadership position at a new practice, a retainer will be part of the remuneration package along with other financial benefits.

You'll be the face of the practice at an exciting, up-and-coming, privately backed dental brand, combining strong clinical support, full autonomy, and high-quality patient care, without the red tape.

As the go-to clinician, you'll take on a broad mix of treatments and have the choice to lead purely on the clinical front or step into a broader Principal-style role, shaping practice culture, mentoring younger clinicians, and influencing performance and growth.

This privately owned dental brand has established operations in Singapore and is rapidly expanding across Australia with already a presence in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

With best-in-class digital infrastructure, full in-house clear aligner support, and powerful marketing, the business drives consistent patient flow, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering excellent dentistry.

There is a unique patient acquisition model that set is apart from how most practices attract patients.

This is a full-time opportunity (4 or 5 days per week).

  • Great patient base: Opportunity to do high-value cases in a middle-to-high socioeconomic area - including implants, veneers, aligners, cosmetic and surgical. The clinic aims to attract patients who prioritise quality care and aren't looking to haggle over price.
  • Supportive team: You'll have two other part-time dentists and an OHT working with you
  • Clear aligner advantage: Use the in-house aligner system with faster turnaround, lower lab fees, internal planning/support and no admin burden - or continue with your preferred brand
