Jindalee (Perth Northern Suburbs), WA

DB Dental Brighton (part of National Dental Care) is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to join our busy, well-established four-chair family practice in Jindalee in Perth's Northern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a thriving clinic with a loyal patient base, modern technology, and strong clinical support.

About the Role

As Lead Dentist, you'll combine hands-on clinical care with team leadership, guiding and mentoring colleagues while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes. Working alongside a long-standing Practice Manager, you'll help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

You'll:

  • Manage a full, loyal family patient base
  • Provide mentorship and clinical guidance
  • Support practice growth and patient satisfaction
  • Deliver a wide range of general and cosmetic treatments

About You

  • 5+ years' experience as a practising dentist (Australia or overseas)
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
