Ocean Reef WA, Australia The Reef Dental Centre Full time $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Do you feel like you've outgrown your current dental assistant role? You're highly skilled, experienced, and ready to take on more responsibility but the opportunity just isn't there. Maybe you're stuck in a position where you're capable of leading but aren't given the chance to step up. You're eager to make a bigger impact, but without a clear path to grow, you feel like you're just going through the motions.

It's time to take the lead. At Reef Dental Centre, we're looking for a driven Dental Assistant ready to step into a leadership role. In this rare opportunity, you'll have the chance to train and mentor staff, oversee lab work with digital workflows to create whitening trays, mouthguards, retainers and splints, and work closely as the Principal Dentist's right hand. If you're ready to take your career to the next level and be recognized as a leader, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

At Reef Dental Centre, we're passionate about creating beautiful smiles and lasting relationships. Our boutique-level service extends beyond dental procedures – its about making each patient feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Our practice is built on a foundation of compassion, excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Role:
