About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our well-established DB Riseley Street practice. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with the clinical team and the Practice Development Manager to ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients receive top-tier care. You'll thrive in an environment that values initiative, resourcefulness, and high-quality standards, empowering both the clinical and administrative teams to achieve greatness.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Management experience in a Dental Practice
  • Minimum 2 years experience in dental nursing with reception knowledge
  • Experience in using D4W
  • Team leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse, high-performing group.
  • A strong foundation in sales, business development, marketing, and customer service.
  • A natural ability to troubleshoot, prioritise, and multitask with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • You're an innovator, a problem-solver, and a confident communicator who knows how to build and nurture relationships.
