Due to continued growth our client a leading specialist manufacturer of industry leading composite panel solutions is now looking for Factory Hands/ /Production Operators to commence immediately.

Work will consist of the manufacture and assembly of panels catering for the Caravan & RV, Transport and Defence industries.

Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, improve their skills and advance within the company.

Training will be provided.

Temp to perm positions.

Day shift - Mon -Fri - 5am- 1pm

NOTE: This position will require the suitable candidates to work with fiberglass material and various glues etc. Candidates will be required at times depending on duties performed to wear a respirator and all other PPE. These positions may not be not suited for candidates with existing breathing issues, sensitive skin or with asthma related issues etc.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience and or interest in working in a manufacturing / production environment
  • Experience in assembly type work and use of a variety hand power tools & Machines
  • Physically Fit and active for manual handling duties as required
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Can work in a team environment and individually
  • Focus on safety and commitment to OH&S principles
  • Forklift Operation if licensed an advantage
