About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating machinery used in the manufacturing of metal tins, performing multiple tasks in the tin-making and packing process, and general manual handling duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor tin-making machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Assist with packing and palletizing finished products.
  • Perform manual handling and general factory duties as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely.
  • Good attention to detail and quality.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
