In this role, you'll:
- Lead the financial modelling and benefits tracking for Transport's people programs, to help Transport meet its financial sustainability goals.
- Build and maintain workforce and financial models, including baselines, scenario modelling and forecasting future costs.
- Support the development of workforce control settings that guide how Transport delivers its program benefits across all divisions.
- Partner with People and Culture, Finance and Program teams to ensure workforce control policies align with savings objectives.
- Monitor and report on benefit realisation progress, ensuring risks to targets are identified and mitigated early.
- Support governance and assurance teams by providing expert advice on the development and assurance of outcomes and controls and lead the development of briefs and business cases.
This temporary position for up to 9 months is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days in our Macquarie Park office as well as remote working.

About You
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in workforce modelling, benefits realisation and people programs.
- Skilled at developing workforce frameworks and controls that are practical and measurable across a complex organisation.
- Experienced in engaging and influencing effectively stakeholders at all levels, inspiring confidence and driving decision-making. Effective communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to develop clear, concise and impactful packs that support decision-making.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and able to navigate complex and sensitive environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
