About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intranet Content Coordinator to join our Strategy & Corporate Governance team. In this role, you will manage and maintain the LCLHN intranet (SharePoint), ensuring staff have timely, accurate, and relevant information to support effective communication and collaboration across the network.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate, review, and update intranet content across multiple business units.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff in intranet use and content management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with Communications, IT, and external partners to support development projects.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in intranet or SharePoint content management.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to accuracy, plain English, and detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision.
