About The Role:

You will need to be highly organised, motivated, energised, and ready for a challenge.

Passion for skincare, cosmetics and product development is integral to success in this role. This role will see you report to the Product Development Manager and work closely with both the Design, Marketing and Sales teams to develop a multitude of products across skincare, cosmetics, gifting and home accessories. As Product Developer, you will be responsible for development of a wide variety of NPD and established product categories, in line with our high-quality standards.

You will possess an understanding of/or desire to be a product expert across all of our categories. For the right candidate this offers an amazing opportunity to work in an inspiring team in a fast-moving product sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute with ideas for new concepts and source products and packaging with our established global supplier network.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to drive effective outcomes from brief to completion.
  • Have the ability to comply to timelines with an understanding of impacts to the product pipeline.
  • Collaborate effectively in a close-knit team environment to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Implement and improve Natio internal processes to create efficiency and high-quality results.
  • Accountability and ownership of project deliverables.
  • Adhere and manage compliance to project deadlines.
