About you:
In your new role you will:
Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse Unit Manager/Clinical Nurse Educator to meet unit nursing staff development needs.
Provide effective and efficient supervision and apply evidence-based practice principles to clinical education while providing leadership to novice/graduate nurses, students and staff new to the Special Care Nursery
Work in collaboration with the Nurse Educator, Nurse Unit Manager to co-ordinate educational activities to assist clinicians to meet their mandatory and professional requirements to ensure safe standards in patient care.
