About your role:
Assist the Nurse Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance within Lotus Glen Health Service.
Accountable for the planning, provision and communication of nursing care to an allocated group of clients, including the evaluation and required revision of practice based on agreed priorities, goals, plans and outcomes.
Accountable for own decisions actions, behaviours and standards including monitoring and evaluating activities delegated to others.
