About your role:
Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning.
Provide effective and efficient clinical and primary health care in the Primary Care setting and work in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager/G.P. Practise Manager to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in client care.
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost effective care.
