About The OpportunityProgrammed Facility Management are seeking experienced FIFO CASUAL Facilities Services Staff to join our Village & Minesite Management Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to well-known Mining and Oil & Gas Companies situated across WA.Benefits ProvidedUniforms / PPE and AccommodationAccess to Benefits Program and Corporate DiscountsAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the cleaning and general grounds upkeep of >600 Accommodation Rooms, Village and/or Minesite facilities, in addition to transportation of Residents and Workers around the Village, Site and Airport. That all areas are kept organised, free from hazards and compliant with quality standards, always maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer service.You will maintain Ad hoc support to the Site Teams are occasionally required.Duties include:Ensure that the designated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanlinessFollow Cleaning Policies and ProceduresAchieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requestsHousekeeping of Residents rooms within the Village environment as per schedule; stripping and making beds, removing, and replacing linen/towels, cleaning ensuites and all ablutionsMinesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutionsAppropriate storage and use of ChemicalsMaintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take auditsLaundry duties such as removal and replacement of linen/towels, sorting, folding and storageTransportation of ResidentsCompletion of Vehicle Pre-Starts and required Safety Reporting / ComplianceMaintenance of a Clean and Tidy vehicleVillage Waste ManagementGrounds / Utility MaintenanceEnsure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean, orderly and properly maintainedFollow Grounds policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time framesEnsure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidyAssist with green waste management of accommodation and facilityRespond timely to any ad-hoc Grounds maintenance requestsKeeping daily logs and records of all workorders completedEnsuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety ActNotifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests/issues required within the Village/SiteAssist Village Manager and other Department Supervisors from time to time, if requiredAbout YouTo join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organised Team Player with "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, a passion to always provide quality product and first-class customer service (with a smile).You will possess previous accommodation and industrial cleaning experience and/or operating and maintaining Vehicles (< 52 Seater Bus) and handheld equipment.A commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times is essential.You will possess:VALID WA Driver's LicenseAustralian Working RightsAbility to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol ScreeningCurrent satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)Commercial Drivers Assessment & PDT AuthorisationConstruction White CardPesticide Technician License and/or Certification (desirable)Previous experience at a Minesite Village experience with experience / qualifications re First AidAdditionally, you will also possess the following skills:Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Payroll & Training requirementsAbility to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructionsAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skillsHave a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and othersAbout UsProgrammed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.  Working with Programmed Facility Management means you will become part of the Programmed team: a company that encourages career development, supports flexibility and cares about your personal well-being and safety.Work With UsJoin us on our mission to build outstanding people, strong customers and great communities.
