About the role

Seeking an experienced Security Services Business Development Manager to join our growing team at National Facilities Management Group. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Perth, Western Australia and will play a crucial part in driving the expansion of our security services offering across the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security services market
  2. Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to secure new contracts
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  4. Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to win new business
  5. Collaborating with the operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of security services
  6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth prospects
  7. Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years' experience in a business development or sales role within the security services industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully securing new contracts and growing a client portfolio
  3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Thorough understanding of the security services market and industry regulations
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
