Site Supervisor

An established and award-winning residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, they're looking for a motivated supervisor based in the Northern suburbs to manage multiple residential builds.
The Role You'll be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing trades, ensuring quality standards, and keeping projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple residential projects
- Manage and maintain a reliable trade base
- Monitor site safety, quality, and progress
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure compliance with company standards
- Report on build schedules and resolve site issues efficiently
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential site supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Calm, solutions-focused and able to work independently
- Local to the Northern suburbs with an established trade network
- IT competent – ClickHome experience advantageous
