F & I Business Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance & Insurance team in Noosa.
We are looking for a self-starter with a passion and commitment to sales with a proven track record as a Business Manager or Similar role.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relations with new and existing customers to ensure market-leading customer service is delivered
- Achieving set Finance & Insurance targets and pursuing profitable growth opportunities
- Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance products available to you through our Finance and Insurance partners
- Mentoring and working with our business manager at our Noosa MG and Honda dealership
You need to have the following skills:
- The ability to build relationships with sales teams, management, Finance and Insurance Companies and most importantly our customers
- Superior communications skills
- Strong Closing skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
