We're bringing Lotus Dumpling Bar to Sydney Domestic Airport and are looking for skilled and passionate Cook to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with daily preparation and cooking of authentic dumplings and Asian-inspired dishes.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager and work collaboratively with the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous cooking experience in a busy kitchen (Asian cuisine an advantage).
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts (airport hours).
