We’re on the lookout for a **hands-on, service-driven Supervisor** to join our passionate team at **Lotus Dining Group**.

With **7 venues across Sydney**, Lotus Dining is known for refined Chinese cuisine, hand-crafted dumplings, award-winning wine lists, and signature cocktails with a modern twist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled **Junior Supervisor** ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

As a Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the venue’s General Manager to:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead and support the FOH team during busy service periods
- Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable service

This is an **on-the-floor leadership position**, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, guest-facing role.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a **Team Leader or Supervisor** in a busy hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support team members during service
- A genuine passion for delivering welcoming, high-quality guest experiences
- Confident in managing guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally
- Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and table service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude
- **Valid RSA certificate - mandatory**:

- Experience with Asian cuisine, wine, or cocktails is a plus
- Familiarity with **Kounta POS** and **SevenRooms** is highly desirable

Pay: $71,312.00 - $73,150.00 per year
