The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our NSW team and lead strategic growth across the state. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening relationships, and driving profitability — all while supporting MEDLOG's national commercial strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and grow MEDLOG's full suite of services with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face engagement.
  • Partner with pricing and commercial teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Build your sales pipeline and lead customer onboarding and SLA implementation.
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions, update records, and forecast performance.
  • Identify new opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Provide monthly reporting and contribute to annual budget planning.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the supply chain or transport industry.
  • Proven sales success with high-revenue clients.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High-level commercial acumen and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
