We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue in the enterprise software and AI solutions space.
What You'll Be Doing
At iTelaSoft, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, responsible for opening doors, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our Australian team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Researching and identifying ideal companies and ICPs within and beyond the industries we already serve.
- Conducting outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and innovation leads.
- Understanding client pain points and positioning our software development, AI, and digital transformation capabilities as solutions.
- Booking and coordinating discovery meetings with potential customers.
- Collaborating closely with our delivery and technical teams to shape compelling proposals.
- Sharing market insights to refine our offerings and messaging.
- Supporting marketing efforts, including events, content, and campaigns.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You'll Work Directly With:
CEO: Leading sales conversations and client relationships.
CTO: Providing deep technical and industry knowledge.
Global Sales Team: Eventually expanding your scope beyond Australia.
What We're Looking For

- Have proven experience in IT services, software solutions, or AI/ML sales (3+ years preferred).
- Possess a strong network within enterprise and corporate clients in Australia.
- Can understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Have a 'hunter mindset' – driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Are proactive, resilient, and ready for high-volume outreach.
- Are curious about technology, AI, consulting, and the industries we work with.
- Are organized, coachable, and eager to grow.
How You Will Be Rewarded

- Base Salary + Commission: Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions.
- Accelerators: Higher commission rates for exceeding targets.
