• Oversee the planning and preparation of balanced, appetising meals that meet dietary and cultural requirements.
• Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service experiences.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, budgeting, ordering, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and care teams to meet residents' individual dietary needs.
• Ensure all practices align with ACQSC dining experience standards and organisational values.

• A qualified and experienced Chef with strong leadership and team management skills.
