Disability Support Worker

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Greenvale on a Permanent Part Time basis.
As part of our supportive team, you will provide a person-centred approach to our client, supporting them with:
- Personal care
- Community access
- Household tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a SIL home
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Ability to follow strategies provided by Allied Therapists
- Confident in providing personal care
- Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
Shifts (Permanent Part Time)
This is a set roster. MUST be available for all the shifts below:
- Week 1:
- Thursday 5:00pm – 9:00am (includes sleepover 10:00pm – 6:00am)
- Week 2:
- Monday 7:00am – 10:00am
- Wednesday 7:00am – 10:00am
- Saturday 7:00am – 11:30am
Essential Requirements:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Valid Driver's Licence with Comprehensive Car Insurance
Pay Rates
(SCHADS Award – Permanent Part-Time, Above Award + Leave Entitlements)
- Day shift: $34.19
- Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.46
- Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.32
- Saturday: $51.29
- Sunday: $68.38
- Public holiday: $85.48
