Disability Support Workers – Greenvale & Broadmeadows

We're looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated teams in Greenvale and Broadmeadows.

You'll be part of a supportive environment that values teamwork, communication, and a person-centred approach — empowering clients to live meaningful, independent lives.

What you'll do:

  • Provide personal care, community access, and household support
  • Implement strategies from Allied Therapists
  • Support clients with mental health needs and behaviours of concern
  • Foster positive routines and independence in a SIL home setting

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in SIL or residential environments
  • Background in mental health support
  • Confident with personal care and behaviour management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong multitasker with a positive attitude

Requirements

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
  • Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle

Pay Rates

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
